Meet Our CEO

Crystal Goldston, the Senior consultant is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds dual bachelor degrees in Political Science and Sociology, as well as a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University. Additionally, she earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina.

Ms. Goldston is a seasoned surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and has contributed to the development of accreditation standards.

Her career highlights include creating programs to rehabilitate at-risk youth and adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Notably, she spearheaded the development of the Recidivism Reduction Services (RRS) program, which focuses on rehabilitating high-risk adults and gang-affiliated individuals on parole or probation after serving active sentences.

Ms. Goldston has also been a passionate advocate for healthcare reform, successfully lobbying for the inclusion of minorities and disadvantaged populations in policymaking processes to improve access to treatment in underserved rural communities.
